Mr Busch has been qualified as a medical practitioner since 1991. He has prepared medical reports for personal injury both on the claimant and defence side intermittently for the last 7-8 years.

The majority of the reports have been prepared on patients with musculoskeletal trauma.

Reports are prepared to a fixed format as set out by the publication “ Medico-legal reporting in orthopaedic trauma” published by Churchill Livingstone.

Mr Busch is happy to be involved in negligence claims but only when it concerns his field of expertise, which lies within the field of joint replacement, both primary and revision.

Mr Busch also deals with accidents, trauma and sport related injuries.

Mr Busch holds a medical legal expert witness certificate awarded by the Inns court school of law, London, United Kingdom.
